Returns Policy

You may request to return a product within 7 days of receiving it, subject to the following conditions:

Eligible for Return

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be included.
• A proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.

Not Eligible for Return

• Products that show signs of use, tampering, or damage caused after delivery.
• Items returned without original packaging or missing parts.
• Customized or special-order products.
• Products returned after the 7-day return window.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be made via the original payment method (e.g., bank transfer, mobile payment).

Note: Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a wrong or defective item sent by us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

• Defective or damaged upon delivery
• Incorrectly shipped

If you need to exchange your item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered.
• We recommend using a traceable courier service to ensure safe return.
